All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


During drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

 

DELIVERY TIMELINES


Estimated delivery timelines:

 

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

 


Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

SHIPPING CHARGES


Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Dopamean reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time.

 

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.


Dopamean is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


If an order is returned due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

 

UNDELIVERED / RETURNED SHIPMENTS


If a package is returned to us due to customer unavailability or refusal of delivery, the order will not be eligible for refund. Re-shipping will be chargeable.


Archives orders remain final sale.

 

 

TRACKING


Tracking information will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

 

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT


If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video at:

Approved cases will be resolved via replacement or store credit only.
